Introduction to the ICT department and systems at USH (VLE and E-Mail), How to stay safe online, Alternatives to PowerPoint to create a presentation, Desktop Publishing, Collecting and analyzing data (Spreadsheets), Data handling (Databases), basic computer programming (Scratch) and Pod-casting.
• Year 8
The reliability, validity and bias of information, advanced spreadsheets and databases, the impact of ICT on society, computer graphics and Web 2.0.
• Year 9
Computer control (Lego Mindstorms), Web design, Video making.
