Aim of department area
The Mathematics Department at USH is a lively and friendly place with a good reputation for the quality of its learning and teaching.
The Mathematics Department has 4 full-time team members. It is a well established, enthusiastic and welcoming department of experienced teachers that work well as a team. We are committed to providing the best learning opportunities for our students and endeavour to provide a curriculum that both extends and enriches.
The Mathematics Department teaches a wide range of skills to promote and motivate progression in all areas of Mathematics. Our aim is to provide not only basic life skills but also to broaden our students’ perspective of the many facets of Mathematics.
