Perhaps, more so than the other Houses, our name needs a little explanation! We reflect the business community in Southampton. One of the great skills needed in life is to learn to calculate risk, just as people in business do; nothing ventured, nothing gained. We also look forward to venturing out into the world; to adventure. We reflect in our name the hope for the future and the risks worth taking. We go for gold.
